Expansion Solutions.
Bellows and expansion joints for pipework thermal movement, vibration absorption and misalignment compensation. Fabric, rubber, PTFE and metal constructions.
Pipework moves. Expansion joints let it.
Thermal expansion, vibration and equipment misalignment all induce stress in rigid pipework. Expansion joints are the designed solution — absorbing movement before it transfers as fatigue into flanges, welds and equipment connections.
Santoo supplies the full range: stitched fabric bellows for ducting, metal bellows for high-temperature pipework, rubber and PTFE joints for vibration isolation and chemical service.

Product range.
| Stitched bellows | Fabric, aluminium and rubber — for low-pressure ducting and air handling |
| Metal expansion joint bellows | For high-temperature and high-pressure steam, hot oil and process pipework |
| Rubber expansion joint bellows | For vibration isolation and misalignment at moderate pressures |
| PTFE expansion joint bellows | For chemical service — broad chemical resistance |
| Metal bellow seals | For rotating equipment shaft sealing |

Where these products are installed.
Process pipework, flue and duct systems, pump and compressor connections, heat exchanger connections and shaft sealing across oil and gas, chemical, water treatment, power generation and marine facilities throughout the GCC.

Common questions.
What types of expansion joints are available?
Stitched bellows in fabric, aluminium and rubber; metal expansion joint bellows; rubber and PTFE bellows; and metal bellow seals.
Fabric vs metal expansion joints?
Fabric bellows handle large movements in low-pressure ducting. Metal expansion joints handle higher pressures and temperatures. Rubber expansion joints absorb vibration at moderate pressures.
Can joints be supplied to a custom line size?
Yes. Custom line sizes, flange ratings and end configurations available on request.
