Every service is performed on-site at KEZAD. Every unit leaves with documented results.
Cylinder Honing
50–900 mm bore · lengths to 16 m · ±2 µm tolerance
Precision bore finishing to OEM tolerance. Automatic taper correction. Digital process logging against every work order.

Cylinder Rebuild
Strip · inspect · hone · reseal · pressure-verify
Component-level disassembly, NDT inspection, OEM or custom seals, torque-controlled reassembly. Documented work-order package at collection.
Rebuild scope
Rod & Surface Restoration
Ra 0.2 µm finish · 20–60 µm chrome · to 9,000 mm
Hard chrome plating, straightening to 0.1 mm/m and polishing to mirror finish. Post-plating hardness 900–1,100 HV.

Test & Verification
To 700 bar · SCADA logged · report with every unit
Instrumented cylinder and pump test benches. Flow, leakage and timing recorded per work order. Calibrated on a documented cycle.

Nut Busting
To 60,000 Nm · Ø 600 mm · cylinders to 12 t
Hydraulic gland nut removal via reaction-arm station. No damage to cylinder mating surfaces. Handles the heaviest mining, marine and industrial cylinders.

Custom Sealing
Ø 4–600 mm · NBR · FKM · EPDM · PTFE
On-site seal cutting combined with Group manufacturing depth. OEM-equivalent and custom profiles to drawing. Reverse engineering from worn components.

The Santoo workshop is located at KEZAD, Abu Dhabi — the same facility where we manufacture sealing components. Every service operation runs under the same ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified quality system. Every cylinder, pump and rod that enters the workshop leaves with a documented work-order record traceable to the technician and the bench it was tested on.
