Product overview

Shaft sealing matched to the duty.

Rotary seals prevent lubricant loss and contamination ingress at rotating shaft interfaces. Seal type selection depends on shaft speed, shaft surface finish, lubricant viscosity, temperature range and whether the seal must exclude contamination or retain fluid under pressure.

Santoo supplies radial lip seals, cassette seals, PTFE seals and V-rings across standard shaft dimensions and to custom specification. Compounds span NBR for general service through to FKM for high-temperature and chemically aggressive environments.

Product range.

Radial lip sealsStandard and metric dimensions — spring-loaded lip for reliable fluid retention
PTFE rotary sealsLow-friction, dry-running capable — for speeds and temperatures exceeding elastomer limits
Cassette sealsIntegrated multi-lip assemblies for heavy-duty wheel hub and axle applications
V-ring sealsAll-rubber axially mounted excluder seals for shaft and flange protection

Applications

Where rotary seals are specified.

Pump and motor shaft sealing, gearbox output shafts, electric motor bearings, wheel hub and axle applications, and rotating equipment in oil and gas, water treatment, marine and power generation throughout the GCC.

Power generation rotating machinery — turbines and generators requiring precision rotary shaft sealing

Common questions.

What types of rotary seals are available?

Radial lip seals, PTFE rotary seals, cassette seals and V-ring seals.

What shaft speeds and temperatures are accommodated?
