Service overview

Component-level disassembly. Nothing assumed.

Every cylinder entering the Santoo workshop is dismantled to component level. Rods are measured for straightness and surface integrity. Barrels are honed to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) tolerance. Glands and pistons are machined where required. Seals are replaced from inventory or cut to drawing.

Reassembly is torque-controlled and logged. Each rebuild concludes with pressure verification on the test bench. The customer receives a documented work-order package covering every stage — disassembly, machining, sealing, reassembly, test.

Common questions.

What is included in the rebuild scope?

Full disassembly and component tagging; dimensional and NDT inspection; barrel honing; rod reconditioning or replacement; seal kit replacement; torque-controlled reassembly; pressure verification; and a documented work-order package at collection.

Is a pressure test report issued after every rebuild?

Yes. Every rebuilt cylinder is pressure-verified and a full work-order package including test results is issued at collection.

Can you cut custom seals if OEM replacements are unavailable?

Yes. Seal cutting covers O-rings, U-cups, T-seals, X-rings, wipers and rod and piston seals from 4 mm to 600 mm diameter.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Diagnostic turnaround is 24 hours at the workshop. Full rebuild time depends on component condition and seal availability. Contact us for a confirmed lead time.
