A hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder relies on a coordinated set of sealing elements — rod seal, piston seal, wiper, guide ring and buffer. Each element has a specific function. Selecting the wrong profile or compound for any one of them compromises the whole arrangement.
Santoo supplies the complete cylinder seal kit from stock and to custom specification. NBR 70/90 for general hydraulic service. Polyurethane for high-pressure and dynamic applications. FKM for elevated temperature and chemical resistance. PTFE for low-friction and dry-running service.
