In-house machining underpins every service we offer.
The machining capability at KEZAD is what allows the workshop to offer a complete hydraulic service — not just replacement of seals, but reconditioning of the metal components the seals run against. CNC turning and milling, bore honing, rod machining and custom seal cutting are all performed on-site, under the same quality system.
A cylinder arriving for rebuild can be machined to OEM tolerance, sealed with custom-cut seals, and pressure-verified — all in the same facility, against the same work order.
