What every test report contains
- Work order reference and cylinder serial number
- Pre-test condition assessment
- Pressure cycle data — logged against rated operating pressure
- Internal leakage measurement
- Stroke timing and end-cushion performance
- Pass / hold status with technician sign-off
Policy
No cylinder leaves the Santoo workshop without a pressure verification cycle. The test report is issued with the unit and archived against the work order. Calibration records for all gauges and benches are available to client inspection on request.
